• Take all trash out of the apartment. The condominium’s shared trash receptacle is located across the hallway.
• Turn off all lights and air-conditioning units. sure the balcony door is completely closed and secured. • Turn off all kitchen appliances, including the stove, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.
• Return the common-area keys to the wall-mounted key holder in the kitchen. • When leaving, firmly close the main entrance door. Wait for the lock to confirm that the door is “LOCKED.”
