The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Living room 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Medulin. The villa is located on a 1700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The houses Veronika & Marija are situated in a quiet place called Biskupije. All around the house on the property there is plenty of land where children can play and pets can also run free. Right next door is the Medulin riding stable and the nearby Medulin Adrenaline Park. Enjoy quiet moments and relax in the nature of Istria. The apartments are equipped with comfortable beds, new kitchens and new bathrooms as well as new furnishings. Each room has a wardrobe and a luggage shelf. In addition, each room has a television and a small table with a chair. Accesses are divided into the two apartments, each apartment has its own entrance.
