A cozy, convenient mountain retreat with everything you need for a relaxing ski getaway. Located on the ground floor, this cozy condo is a perfect getaway for couples or small families. Overlooking the beautiful Holiday Valley Golf Course, the unit offers convenient access to tennis and pickleball courts. Tennis rackets and balls are provided for guests to enjoy during their stay. The condo features a private bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a queen-size pullout sofa in the living area for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to start your mornings right. Guests can enjoy both a Keurig and Nespresso machine, with coffee grounds, filters, Nespresso pods, and tea provided. During ski season, guests can take advantage of ski-in/ski-out access while the lifts are operating, typically from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A free shuttle to the base of Holiday Valley is also available at any time. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry area on the ground level and are available for guests to use.
Important Things to Know:
- Please note that the unit does not currently have air conditioning.

- There are also several stairs required to access the condo. Guests must take stairs from the parking area to the building and then another set of stairs down to the ground-level unit after entering the building. Guests with mobility concerns may want to keep this in mind when booking.
