Nice , comfortable place to spend some relaxing time very near Ellicottville. There are quite a few stairs to navigate. It was not an issue for us, but I could see it being an issue for someone with mobility concerns.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. Looks just like the pictures. If you like to golf double black diamond course is just at the bottom of the hill. Quick drive into ellicottville. Perfect for a 3 night summer getaway.
