Nice , comfortable place to spend some relaxing time very near Ellicottville. There are quite a few stairs to navigate. It was not an issue for us, but I could see it being an issue for someone with mobility concerns.

The host was welcoming and quick to respond to questions. The bed was extremely comfortable; the condo was clean and met our expectations; perfect size for two adult guests. Aside from VRBO’s fees, the unit was priced fairly.
