Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all used towels in the designated laundry area or bathroom floor. Wash any used dishes before leaving. Remove all food from the refrigerator and dispose of any trash in the outdoor bins.
Ensure all windows, doors and gates are closed and locked. Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, fans, TVs, and other appliances. We are not responsible for items left behind after check-out.
Please return the gate remote control, and keys, to the lockbox located at the front and scramble the code afterward to secure the box. Make sure all gates are fully closed when leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was great; new, clean, quiet with very upscale and nice decor. Obviously a newer home, everything was in working order and the furniture/amenities were almost new. There were just a few minor glitches; the washer/dryer access was unavailable due to a locked door and there was no iron although an ironing board was provided. The host, Xavier, was very responsive though and offered to open access to the washer/dryer if we needed it. Overall, the experience was nice and we'd definitely recommend staying there if you plan to spend time in Guaynabo or greater San Juan.
