Old house "El Cachirulo", 2 storeys. In the district of El Tosalet, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.6 km from the sea, 1.6 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 40 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, café 850 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.6 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca" 1.6 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 1.8 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 1.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
