3 bedroom 2 bathroom Townhouse close to the beach with excellent sea views.

The townhouse has a rustic styled kitchen with all necessary equipment. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room opens onto an open naya with sea views that overlook the lower terrace with dining table and sun loungers. Back terrace with built in BBQ and dining table and chairs.

Just a 2 minute walk across the road via a short underpass to the local beach. Moraira town and the larger main beach are just a short walk away. The townhouse also benefits from a spacious communal swimming pool, at a 2 min walk from the property.

Ideal family holiday villa with little necessity for a car.
