The home features a unique connected layout with two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living spaces, and two private entrances with separate keypad codes. You’ll have the entire home exclusively to yourself, with plenty of room to spread out while still staying together.

Whether you’re here for a concert at Fiddler’s Green, a weekend with friends, a family getaway, an extended work trip, or simply looking for a slower pace for a few days, we hope this space feels like a breath of fresh air.

From your morning coffee to cozy evenings by the fireplace, every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a stay that feels warm, welcoming, and easy to settle into from the moment you arrive.

The Space

The French Quarters comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers something you don’t often find in a traditional two bedroom stay.

The home has a unique connected layout, giving each side its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and private exterior entrance. An interior connecting door brings the spaces together as one complete two bedroom home.

This makes it especially comfortable for couples traveling together, families with adult children, friends, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy while traveling. You can enjoy quality time together while still having space to unwind at the end of the day.

Located on the first floor, the home is easy to access with just one small step from the parking area to the entrance. Many of our guests visiting nearby medical facilities appreciate the convenience of avoiding multiple flights of stairs, while families and longer stay guests enjoy the simple, easy access.

Inside you’ll find two queen memory foam beds with premium cotton sheets and feather pillows, a comfortable sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms stocked with robes and spa inspired essentials, a full kitchen, an additional kitchenette, dedicated workspaces, Smart TVs, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee and tea, free parking, and seasonal access to the community pool and fitness center.

We’ve stocked the home with a few complimentary extras to help make your stay even more enjoyable.

Wake up to complimentary coffee or tea, along with pancake mix, syrup, and oatmeal for an easy breakfast before heading out to explore Colorado.

When it’s time to unwind, settle in by the fireplace with popcorn, hot chocolate, and your favorite movie.

We love creating little moments that help every stay feel welcoming, comfortable, and just a bit more memorable.

Located in Greenwood Village, you’ll be just minutes from everything while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood to come home to.

Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre is only three minutes away, the Denver Tech Center is about five minutes away, Cherry Creek State Park and Park Meadows are roughly ten minutes away, and Downtown Denver is an easy drive whenever you’re ready to explore the city.

You’ll also be conveniently located near several hospitals and medical facilities, making the home a comfortable choice for guests visiting the area for appointments, treatment, or to support loved ones.

Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are all nearby, making it easy to settle in whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or a few weeks.

A Few Things to Know Before Booking

The French Quarters is a first floor condo located in a quiet community. While you’ll have neighbors nearby, we simply ask that you be respectful of quiet hours and shared spaces.

After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a short rental agreement, which is required by our additional insurance coverage and helps ensure a smooth stay for everyone.

To help accommodate guests with allergies, pets are not permitted. We also use lightly scented natural home fragrance products throughout the home.
