Absolutely Fantastic Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of six of us spent 11 wonderful days at Paia House. The location was perfect - walking distance to Baldwin Ave which has numerous great restaurants, cute stores and just the right Hawaiian vibe. The house as was clean, fully stocked, air-conditioned with ceiling fans in every room. We had a few small issues and the response from the staff was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we need a house to accommodate our group in Maui.

Great house - our family of 6 had a wonderful visit. Everything clean and in working order. Very easy walk into town. We also enjoyed the backyard space as well, with a nice covered lanai to eat some of our meals. Highly recommend!

The second bathroom was outside in the garage area and very hot for showering. Another bathroom is needed for six guests. Nice kitchen but not enough coffee cups or wine glasses. It was very clean and great location. The backyard area could definitely use some updated furniture and amenities. The property manager was easy to communicate with.

Perfect residence for a family of 5. Communication was excellent; the best I have ever experienced as world travelers. The kitchen was well-equipped and inviting. Back yard was peaceful and private.

The Paia home was everything I hope it would be and more. You thought about everything and exceed our expectations in every way! The kitchen was so well equipped. It made me wish I could cook more meals there given more time. I especially love that water bottles were provided. Love that you have books there! Coffee was a big big plus! Thank you! The location was great, easily accessible to shops and restaurants. LOVE IT! 5-star stay!

Excellent, roomy home near the beach - location can’t be beat.

Our grown family of five loved the roomy and well appointed home, just minutes from the beach. Great location for all the sites and a lovely home to come back to each evening. We hope to come again.

Such a fun stay at Paia house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paia house. The home exceeded our expectations and the backyard was magical. Our intention was to stay in a neighborhood home to have more of a local experience and Paia house allowed us to do that. Would definitely stay there again.

Good place within walking distance of downtown Paia. The kitchen and living room area are a great space. Nice spacious lanai but there are stairs and a gate between the lanai and the house. It wasn't too problematic but the photos on the listing make it look like you may have access to the lanai from the house. Nice residential neighborhood.

This is the perfect home for a family getaway! Within walking distance of Paia and in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Overall a wonderful vacation.
