We typically stay on the west side, but wanted to be close to where my son lives. We absolutely loved staying in Paia! We loved the local vibe, small town atmosphere, great views, and location of the house. The house was perfect for our needs with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and great lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and appeared to be recently updated. The beds were comfy. The living room was cozy and had great views as well. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect (especially if you're a cyclist and want to go uphill). It was good for my young adult children with easy access to Paia and beaches. Amazing location

We stayed at the property for almost two weeks. Monica was so responsive to all of our needs and the location to town is perfect. Easy to walk which is such a plus since parking in Paia can be tough.
