We were there with our son and his family and we all agreed that the house was very comfortable and a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the open kitchen/living space and the big lanai was beautiful. There were five of us and the three bedrooms worked perfectly for us. Solid rental home. It was one of the more affordable homes in the Paia area which was nice for our budget. Kitchen was nice and basic cooking needs. AC and washer/dryer worked well. The view of the ocean was great! WiFi worked well. Host was responsive and communicated well. I would suggest updated furniture and outdoor amenities as well as providing bathroom essentials!

We typically stay on the west side, but wanted to be close to where my son lives. We absolutely loved staying in Paia! We loved the local vibe, small town atmosphere, great views, and location of the house. The house was perfect for our needs with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and great lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and appeared to be recently updated. The beds were comfy. The living room was cozy and had great views as well. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect (especially if you're a cyclist and want to go uphill). It was good for my young adult children with easy access to Paia and beaches. The staff that supports the property does a really good job making sure everything is taken care of. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
