We love our quiet mountain home on the river of Ashuelot Pond. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and unwind and be at peace.
Why they chose this property
We love having the option to be at the house and enjoy ourselves privately, as well as being able to access the common areas for activities: club house, playground, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, and beach area.
What makes this property unique
Our waterfront home has access to the river for swimming, boating, kayaking, and SUP, as well as ice fishing! Also, snowmobiling trails are at the end of the road and ski mountains are local - 30 minutes to Sunapee and 40 minutes to Pat’s Peak!
