Willkommen in der gemütlichen, modernen ca. 55 qm großen Wohnung! Viel Platz für eine Familie oder für Menschen, die Komfort schätzen. Die Wohnung hat einen Wohn- / Schlafbereich (2 Schlafzimmer) mit großen Fenstern und Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Weiterhin gibt es eine geräumige Küche, Essbereich sowie geräumiges neues Bad mit Dusche.
Komplett eingerichtete stilvolle Einbauküche mit Geräten lädt Sie zum Kochen ein. Es ist alles da: Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen, etc. Die Böden der Wohnung sind mit wunderschönem Edel-Laminat ausgestattet.
In Schlafräumen erwarten Sie gemütlich bezogene Betten. Nach Bedarf können weitere Schlafplätze eingerichtet werden. Internet (Wlan) ist inklusive. Auf der Straße sind genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und ist bezugsbereit eingerichtet. Als Vermieter sind wir gastfreundlich und flexibel. Wenn irgendetwas fehlen sollte, wird es schnell organisiert.
