The holiday rental features a total of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden. <br>In the living room, you’ll find a spacious sofa set, a dining table, satellite TV, an electric fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and various cooking utensils.<br><br>Two bedrooms each have a double bed (1.8 m x 2 m), and one bedroom has a single bed (0.9 m x 2 m). Various storage options (closet, coat rack, chest of drawers, chair) provide space for your luggage. The two large bedrooms also have satellite TV.<br>The small bathroom features a sink, toilet, and shower.<br><br>Ample parking is available at the house.<br><br>Bedding, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.<br>Prices do not include the visitor’s tax. <br>Dogs are allowed upon request; we charge 10€ per night.<br>Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out should be by 10:00 AM.
