The Saco house was great and enjoyed by all. The kitchen and dining area were quite large and had all we needed. All 7 of us women had our own bed. We managed with the one shower. We enjoyed the firepit. The location was fantastic.

The house is in a great location, you cannot beat the view of the river! Downtown is walkable, the yard is great for dogs. Having one shower was a downside, and that one bathroom not having a vent fan made the room super steamy for hours, and that area of the house smells musty. The grill has seen better days, its rusty and old, we ended up having to cook steak tips inside. Theres crumbs and pet hair from past guests under furniture and the kitchen table, we found a pair of old dirty socks on the floor in a bedroom. Its a great spot for day tripping or for a fire at night. The new owners are trying to make improvements, you can see from the landscape and newer things in the kitchen.

As the new owners, we’ve been working hard to make improvements throughout the property. We’ve already installed a ventilation fan in the downstairs bathroom, and we’re planning additional upgrades to the outdoor patio and grilling area.
