It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed for one person, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Please note: as the property is in a 30-hectare rural area, Wi-Fi speed may decrease during peak season.



The villa boasts a large, well-equipped private outdoor area with a wellness zone featuring a sauna, hot tub, and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are covered terraces furnished with armchairs, a natural chestnut table, and chairs for outdoor dining. The property offers two free parking spaces and covered storage for motorbikes and bicycles.



Pets are not allowed. The barbecue can be used only in March, April, and May due to fire regulations. Smoking indoors or discarding cigarettes on the grounds is not permitted. Events and parties are not allowed.
