Escape to a one-of-a-kind creekfront tiny house with stunning 180° views of Swift Creek. Soak in your private hot tub overlooking the water, explore creekfront trails, or relax in the spring-fed soaking hole. The 6+ acre property features a disc golf course, catch-n-release fishing, outdoor grill, fire pit, and peaceful spaces to unwind. As a certified wildlife sanctuary, it’s also a wonderful place for bird watching and connecting with nature—all while being walking distance of shops and bars


The tiny house is Tiny but we have managed to make it feel large with a 3/4 Queen murphy bed that can be stowed upright to allow for an open layout. We have a loveseat and large kitchenette. The tiny house has a dining table that can be folded flush with wall to make the space more open and airy.

We have a compost toilet and standing shower with an outdoor deck, patio, and hot tub.

The property has trails, disc golf, and 6 acres of waterfront property on either Spring Run (spring fed creek) or Swift Creek (larger reservoir overflow creek)
