The vacation villa in Maussane-les-Alpilles is in a prime location close to local stores. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room. On the first floor there is also a WC and access to a garage with laundry facilities. Upstairs, on the air-conditioned floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin. There is a single air conditioning unit at the top of the stairs. The living area connects seamlessly to the garden and private pool. Outside, the villa has a garden area with a pool house with WC, a small fridge, garden furniture and a barbecue. Depending on the season, there is also a dining terrace and a small vegetable garden. The private pool measures 9 x 4 m and has an underwater staircase. The villa is close to the village of Maussane, about 350 m away, where guests can explore the local market on Thursday mornings as well as various bars and restaurants. Enjoy your vacation in a villa in the Bouches-du-Rhône region of Provence.

Très agréable Villa au calme et permettant d’accéder au centre du très joli village Provençal de Maussane à pied ! Equipements de qualité, piscine et jardin arboré très agréable pour des vacances reposantes à proximité des Baux, de Saint-Rémy et une heure des Sainte-Marie. Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites nombreux restaurants de qualités sur place. Si l'on devait y voir une petite amélioration, elle reposerait sur une canisse ou abri pour la voiture.
