Villa with pool for 8 on the east coast of Istria
On the east coast of Istria, just a few kilometers from the medieval town of Labin and the beaches of the seaside resort of Rabac, this new villa for 8 people awaits you in the small village of Kapelica. The modern styled villa offers 4 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), 3 bathrooms and a spacious living-dining area on one level. Outside you will find a covered terrace with barbecue and a large garden with play facilities for young and old (swings, badminton and volleyball net, soccer goals). The 36m² pool with massage jets invites you to relax - sun loungers (6 pieces) and parasols are of course available.
In the nearby old town of Labin you will find numerous historical monuments and imposing buildings, which you can explore on a walk through the medieval old town streets. The beautiful beaches of the vacation resort of Rabac, which is known for its white pebble beaches and guarantees pure bathing pleasure, are 6 km away.
