Holiday Home 'Ostseeoase' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Ostseebad Boltenhagen, the "Ostseeoase" vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a modern living room with dining table and a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom, offering space for 4 people. The facilities also include WiFi, a Smart TV in each room and underfloor heating in all rooms. The accommodation has step-free access and a barrier-free interior, the doors are wide and easily accessible.



The vacation home has a private open terrace with seating and a mobile barbecue.



The accommodation is located directly opposite one of the Baltic seaside resort's several shopping facilities and a bicycle and e-bike rental shop. Public transport to Wismar, Lübeck and Schwerin and the 4.5 km long sandy beach are also just a five-minute walk away. There are a variety of bistros and restaurants in the village. The spa administration, the 290 m long pier and the spa park with many public events directly in the center can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes.



You will find a guest book with valuable tips for excursions, activities, restaurants and pubs as well as lots of other information about the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen in the vacation home.



A parking space is available. You will receive the electric door opener on arrival. Families with children are welcome. There is a large public adventure playground for children approx. 50 m away.



Pets, smoking and events of any kind are not permitted.



A towel package (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth and tea towel) per person and bed linen are available for a fee.

Super Urlaub in einem tollen neu renovierten Haus.

Pros: Neu renoviertes schönes Haus, Einrichtung war alles vor Ort, super Lage und sehr nette Vermieter. Cons: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit super Lage!

Pros: Die Ausstattung war einwandfrei nichts hat gefehlt und alles war super sauber! Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch einwandfrei 2 min Fußweg zu Aldi und 4 min Fußweg zum Meer :) Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Auch die Gastfreundschaft war super schön und wurde auch direkt viel empfohlen was (wenn man neu in Boltenhagen ist) super hilfreich ist um sich zurecht zu finden. Cons: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln alles war super von der Lage bist hin zu Sauberkeit und Ausstatung. Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich.

Pros: Es war alles auf dem neusten Stand. Sehr sauber alles da was man braucht. Gute Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend.

Haus, Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren wie beschrieben. Leider wird erwartet, dass man sich tagsüber nicht auf der Terrasse oder im Haus aufhält. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden im Nebenhaus des Vermieters (ca. 8m Abstand zum Ferienhaus) an 2 Tagen Fenster eingebaut. An einem anderen Tag wurde um 7 Uhr Baumaterial angeliefert und ab 13 Uhr laute Bauarbeiten durchgeführt. Die lauten Bauarbeiten haben den Aufenthalt nachhaltig beeinträchtigt. Es gab weder eine Benachrichtigung im Vorfeld noch eine richtige Entschuldigung seitens des Vermieters.

Pros: Das es sehr zentral lag,wenige Gehminuten zum Strand Cons: Die Matratzen könnten evtl ausgetauscht werden,da diese sehr weich waren.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Pros: Komplett neues Feriendomizil mit einer top Ausstattung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden in diesem Ferienhaus. Des Weiteren sind die Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Sogar mit persönlichen Empfang. :-) Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß und mit Kleinkind (🤭) gerade einmal rund 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genau auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in Boltenhagen und kommen gerne wieder.
