Our cosy house, “EVA,” offers you many perks: a large lawn invites you to sunbathe, and we’ll treat you to our own natural apple juice from our orchard, honey from our on-site beehives, and eggs from truly happy chickens. Our ponies are also always happy to receive a few pats.
The comfortable two-room apartment on the ground floor, measuring 50 square metres, with a separate entrance and a parking space, leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment features a spacious and bright combined living and sleeping area, a cosy dining room with a mountain view, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bright, functional bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer, and a large covered balcony with a table, corner bench, and chair.
The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2024. The living and sleeping area measures 24 square metres. The dining room also offers space for a third person to sleep. Thanks to the covered balcony, you can sit outdoors in any weather—whether for breakfast, a snack, or just to relax! The balcony is directly connected to the kitchen.
The “Eva” house is nestled among forests, meadows, and orchards, offering a very quiet location on the outskirts of Bad Feilnbach. A walking path, following the Jenbach stream, leads to the town centre. After just a 20-minute idyllic walk through nature, you’ll reach the centre of Bad Feilnbach. By car, it takes about 3 minutes.

Jörg Eisele is not only a natural host with heart and mind, but he also loves to share his passion for unique stained-glass works with you. You’ll find many examples throughout the apartments that create a charming atmosphere.
