Check-in war kurz und knapp. Leider war der Geruch in der Wohnung unangenehm, es roch nach Zigaretten oder ähnlichen..Die Küche war unvollständig, zum Beispiel nur drei Teelöffel und leider nicht sehr sauber, schade. Auch im Bad lagen dicke Staubflocken.

Pros: Lie Lage/Grundstück sind super, tolle Energien. Cons: Die Fewo befindet sich im OG und ist nicht komplett von den Vermietern getrennt (gemeinsamer Flur)! Eine Nichtraucher-FeWo, in der man den Qualm von den Vermietern den ganzen Tag/Nacht wahrnimmt. Keine Spülmaschine.

Eine ganze Etage für uns, große, geräumige Wohnung

Pros: Die Küche hat ein Fenster zum NORD-OSTSEEKANAL, der nur wenige Meter entfernt ist, man kann die ganze Zeit am Fenster sitzen und Schiffe im Kanal sehen, die Fähre ist auch ganz nah. Cons: ---
