The unit served our purposes well as a place to sleep while visiting family nearby. It was reasonably clean and quiet. Although not mentioned in the advert there is parking available. The building is new and as of now there is still some construction and there are final touches needed. Similarly for the unit itself most things were there & Nitin tried to rectify shortcomings (e.g. no coffee maker). There isn't much immediately around within walking distance but with a car groceries, restaurants etc. are easily accessible.
