Nice place

I stayed in this property on Dortmund. It’s a really nice place, clean and balcony with a very nice garden view . Hartmut and he’s wife are amazing!! I was late to catch the train in the morning he went beyond the expectation, drove us to the train station thank you again Hartmut!!

Perfect Vacation Home in the heart of Dortmund

This apt has everything you need for a comfortable stay (short and long). It’s located on the second floor in a multi family home in a quiet street close to public transportation. The huge kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom are equipped with all you need for a stay. Highlight is the balcony facing Hartmut’s great back yard. There is no washer or dryer in the apt, but we asked for it and were able to do laundry in the basement. We highly recommend to stay at this place!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Hertmut und Sabine. Wir fühlten uns so wohl, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten! Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, alle Annehmlichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Dortmund sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Danke!

Wunderschöne große Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend, nur 7 Minuten zur U-Bahn gelegen; hell, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, geräumiger Balkon mit Blick auf schön gepflegten Garten und Bäume, wie auf dem Land und doch so nah an der Innenstadt Es fehlt an nichts, selbst das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig; Parkplatz gibt es wohl auch, aber wir brauchten keinen, weil man mitten in Dortmund kein Auto braucht… Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, wir haben uns fast 2 Wochen einfach nur wohl gefügt und kommen vermutlich bald wieder!

Eine Woche Aufenthalt zur Intermodellbau

Die Wohnung macht einen hellen, wohnlichen Eindruck und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Blick ins Grüne ist herrlich, da man sich eigentlich mitten im Zentrum befindet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
