Underfloor heating.
2 large panoramic windows.
Kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
Small balcony with grill.
Parking in front of the house.
10-minute drive to the nearest supermarket/bakery.
30 minutes to the Baltic Sea or Greifswald.
15 minutes to the Peene River or Achterwasser.

The price includes one sauna session (sauna cabin on the property).
Additional uses available by arrangement.
