About this property

"Sweet Home" (Central & Quiet) ****

Beautiful, centrally located, quiet, absolutely cozy, modern and practical 3 room apartment with shower room (incl. WC) on the ground floor.
The apartment is stylishly furnished and fully equipped, very centrally located (only 20 meters to the next streetcar stop and 1/4h to the main station) and is located in the heart of Bogenhausen - the noblest district of Munich - very close to the Isar, between the Chinese Tower and the Friedensengel.
The apartment consists of a large dining room with a small kitchenette (fully equipped, incl. kettle, French press for coffee, fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, ...), a living room (the couches are actually single beds with test-winning mattresses and thus allow a restful and pleasant sleep) with a large TV, a spacious bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together and a shower room with rain shower. There is also a washer-dryer in the apartment for our guests to use free of charge.
Everything has been thought of: the beds are freshly made, each guest receives 2 towels and a pair of slippers. In the kitchenette you will find a selection of different teas, as well as ground roasted coffee, portioned milk, sugar and a range of different spices.
The nearest streetcar stop is right in front of the house, which takes you directly into the city center in just a few minutes.
This is Munich at its best! I would be delighted to welcome you as my guests!

Very clean, spacious and in a convenient location with easy team access to Munich town. Bed options a little limited for couples as there is no double bed but good for traveling with friends or kids as plenty of single beds. Kitchen functional with cooktop, coffee plunger, microwave and dishwasher but the kitchen bench and sink are very small so make it difficult to make that require lots of preparation or multiple pots/pans etc. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very clean property in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay in Munich. The property was pristine. Public transportation is amazing and easy. The city has MANY things to explore and you should plan at least 4 days!! We will need to come back to see more.
