Beautiful, cosy house "Adinga". 1.8 km from the centre of Moraira, 14 km from the centre of Calpe, 8 km from the centre of Benissa, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 890 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Moraira" 3.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 7.5 km, ferry "Denia" 32.5 km, sandy beach "Playa de LAmpolla" 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

We loved this villa. It's in a wonderful location with easy access to shops, bars and other resorts. The property was clean, today and catered for all of our requirements. The only minor point would be the downstairs outside furniture could with updating. This did not affect our holiday or our opinion of the villa.
