We had a very nice stay. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and extremely convenient for everything we needed. Although we experienced several unexpected mishaps during our stay that were beyond the host’s control, she was incredibly responsive, readily available, and worked quickly to resolve each issue. We truly appreciated her communication, professionalism, and willingness to help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were grateful for how well she handled everything that came up.

This fully furnished apartment is immaculate, feels brand new, has a full kitchen, and is on the top floor so it's quiet. It is in a 2018 complex with everything you could want: outdoor pool (closed in winter), gym, library, study/work areas, concierge, dining spaces, etc. Best of all, it's just blocks from Gaylord resort, which often is charging $700/night for vastly inferior rooms. Host Nicole was immediately responsive to questions about wifi and bedding. Couldn't be happier.

I recently stayed in a condo at National Harbor and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and our host was extremely gracious. She handed over the keys and parking pass, answered every question we had, and made us feel right at home. She walked us through the condo and explained all the house rules, and what an amazing place it was.The condo was immaculate. Everything was spotless, the appliances were brand new, and the balcony had great views of the MGM. The in-unit washer and dryer made laundry effortless, which was a real bonus. This is now where I want to stay every time I come back to National Harbor. Thank you so much!
