The ground-floor bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. The living-dining area provides a sofa, TV, and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space.



Outside, enjoy a private covered terrace and an open terrace with a garden table and chairs—perfect for admiring the splendid view from this elevated location. A charcoal barbecue is available for your outdoor meals.



On-site shared parking is available on the property, though access may be narrow for larger vehicles. Please note that reaching the house requires climbing a few steps or a slope due to its elevated position. A safety gate is installed at the stairs for child protection. Events are not permitted.
