Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et d’avoir souligné le calme de l’emplacement de la propriété.
Concernant vos remarques, nous souhaitons préciser que le Wi-Fi n’est pas proposé dans le logement, comme mentionné dans la description de l’annonce. Les problèmes liés à la porte d’entrée ainsi qu’aux charnières de la porte de la cuisine ont déjà été résolus, et nous regrettons sincèrement les désagréments occasionnés.
En ce qui concerne le canapé-lit, nous tenons à préciser que nous n’avons reçu aucune plainte concernant son état jusqu’à présent. L’hôte reste toujours disponible pour s’assurer que les clients passent un séjour confortable.
Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau à l’avenir.
