The apartment, completely renovated in 2024 has its own entrance and private parking space and consists of: terrace in front of the entrance equipped with dining table , kitchen-living room with sofa bed and TV, triple bedroom with air conditioning; bathroom with shower stall and services, private washing machine.



Animals are welcome if reported in advance.



The beach of Seccione , called Prunini by residents, is a gioeillo of the Portoferraio coast; located close to the steep coast of Montebello it is covered with lush Mediterranean scrub that reaches the beach and also offers some natural shelter and shade. It consists of gravel mixed with sand and is almost 200 meters long, a unique place for those who want to feel they are on an island.

Zona tranquilla e ben servita

Pros: Cucina ben attrezzata,tv,ventilatore a soffitto e climatizzatore,parcheggio davanti all’appartamento,zona tranquilla e vicino a spiaggie bellissime e a molti servizi. Cons: Mancanza di zanzariere sia per le finestre che per la porta/finestre.Terrazzo esterno non c’era un tavolo per 4.Divano letto un po’ scomodo e comunque l appartamento non proprio adatto per 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.Bagno piccolo.
