Convenient location to explore old Munich. Responsive and held our bags as we arrived early. Actual checkin is 3 not 12 as per stayz website but it didn’t inconvenience us. Comfortable beds.

While the apartment was clean, the location is not ideal for families. Hookah bars, young men loitering on the sidewalk smoking cigarettes, strip joints. Apartment is on the second floor and there is no view other than taller buildings around it. No pictures on the wall, very uninviting. A basic apartment and not worth the money.

Bathroom - no shower stall, only a shower curtain.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was a bit different than expected. There is a hookah bar around the corner and the scents can be strong. The owner was great to work with once we were on site but the check-in process was not clear.

Not the best stay

The place provided what was needed; however, we weren't thrilled with some things. For instance, the WiFi didn't work in our apartment so we "slaved" off another apartment's WiFi (not secure at all). The lockbox code was also not very safe as it was easy to guess. We had also asked ahead of time about parking and the price and were surprised when we were leaving to be told we have to pay 20Euro per day for parking, which wasn't relayed to us when we asked via VRBO message.

Zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet u. gut renoviert, sauber, freundlich

Pros: Zentral, Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus zu mieten, Sauberkeit, gute Ausstattung, schöne renovierte Wohnung, 2 komplette Badezimmer, gute Betten, extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Cons: Die Lage ist zentral doch die Lokale in der Nähe sind nicht immer jugendfrei.
