Located in the peaceful village of La Asomada, CASITA CANARIA welcomes you with a step-free entrance and a bright, comfortable interior. You will be impressed by its fantastic views. The 150 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), Smart TV, washing machine, and beach or pool towels. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. The private outdoor area offers a heated pool, two terraces, a balcony, and an outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the open air.



The property is a 15-minute drive from the beach, with public transport stops within walking distance. A large supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car in Mácher, and the Puerto Calero marina is only a 10-minute drive.



There is one parking space on the property and free street parking. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed in this property, and part of the electricity is generated by solar panels.
