We warmly welcome you to our cosy, well-equipped, and bright Hauberg holiday apartment in Sipplingen. The 65-square-meter top-floor apartment offers plenty of space for two people. Even as you enjoy breakfast, you’ll be treated to views of the stunning natural surroundings and the beautiful Lake Constance. Enjoy a glass of wine on the small but charming 5 m² loggia with a magnificent view of the lake, and depending on the weather, the Alpine panorama will also reveal itself at its finest.

Our holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Sipplingen, with forests and meadows within easy reach.
From here, you can set out on the most beautiful hikes, such as along the Premium Hiking Trail. You’ll be rewarded with the most magnificent views. Along the way, you’ll be deeply impressed and moved by this stunning natural beauty. “Pack your swimming costume”—after about a 10-minute walk, swimmers will also find plenty to enjoy. You can feel the lake up close and find a lovely spot to relax at the Sipplingen natural swimming beach.

When you enter this very charming, cosy apartment via the internal stairs to the top floor, you’ll step directly into the small, bright entryway leading to the loggia—and immediately take in the view of the lake!

The apartment has good ceiling height—no need to duck your head!
It’s also very well insulated, ensuring pleasant room temperatures even in summer. You can block out the light using solar-powered top-floor roller shutters and other manually operated roller shutters.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), which is, of course, freshly made. Towels are also provided for you. The bathroom with toilet has been recently renovated and features a walk-in shower; a hair dryer is available.
The bedroom features a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, 2 nightstands, 2 bedside lamps, and 2 alarm clocks.
We’ll let the mosquitoes buzz outside :)
To keep them out, fly screens are installed on the windows in both the bedroom and living room.

The apartment is non-smoking; smoking is permitted outside on the loggia.

The sofa in the living room pulls out, providing an additional sleeping space.
If 1–2 children would like to join you, we have a cot and a travel cot available. Both the living room and the bedroom are very spacious, so there’s plenty of room for them.
We’re also happy to provide two folding mattresses for the floor.

The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen set and includes everything you need to whip up a delicious meal :)
Electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes and pots, and silverware.

You’ll find a tabletop grill for outdoor use in the living room cabinet.

In the hallway, there is a cabinet containing various cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning bucket.

Everything you need for a perfect holiday is provided.
