Vacation home in Calpe with private pool and sea views

VILLA MARIE is located in a suburb of Calpe. It spans two floors and has a total of 4 separate entrances. The property is always rented to a single tenant, so you can use both apartments.

On the upper floor, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a 50" smart TV, a ceiling fan, internet, and two bedrooms, each with two double beds and air conditioning. There is also a dining room, hallway, full bathroom, guest bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, electric kettle, toaster, and dishes. There is also a washing machine, dryer, and drying area.

The illuminated, private pool measures 5 x 10 metres and is cleaned weekly. The surrounding area is perfect for sunbathing, socialising in the evenings, and barbecuing. There is another terrace next to the kitchen.

In the basement, there is another apartment featuring a large living room/bedroom with air conditioning and a Smart TV, a small bedroom, a full bathroom with a toilet, a kitchenette, and two separate terraces.

The carport measures 225 cm in height, 430 cm in width, and 540 cm in length (closed) or 590 cm (open).

RESTAURANTS in the immediate vicinity: It takes just two minutes on foot to reach one of the restaurants located right near the house: the Maryvilla Restaurant, which serves German cuisine, and the renowned OSCAR Restaurant, which offers French specialities. In Calpe, we recommend LAS OLAS for Spanish cuisine. About 100 metres from the house, you can pick up breakfast items in the summer at the German-speaking bakery.

The beaches:
(1) PLAYA PUERTO BLANCO (1 KM). This small beach is located near the Puerto Blanco marina; it consists of sand and round stones and is equipped with foot showers, bathrooms, trash tins, piers, and lifeguards.
(2) PLAYA ARENAL-BOL (3 KM). At the foot of the Peñón de Ifach, within the town of Calpe, we find this fine sandy beach with beautiful water, which was awarded the Blue Flag in 2008. It is approximately 1,400 metres long with an average width of 60 metres and is equipped with the following services: lifeguard and rescue service, accessible entry for people with disabilities, clearly marked access points, vehicle access, city buses, parking, bathrooms, showers, water sports, cleaning service, piers, umbrella and lounge chair rentals, and a kiosk. A fully equipped beach where families can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea.
(3) PLAYA LEVANTE (6 KM). This is Calpe’s most popular beach, stretching 950 metres of fine sand and located north of the Peñón de Ifach. It is also Calpe’s most well-equipped beach, featuring piers, trash tins, a children’s playground, rentals of roller skates, beach umbrellas, and lounge chairs, foot showers, a lifeguard service, bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, and a sports field. This beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag as well as the new "Q" certification for beach quality from the Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality (ICTE).

We recommend renting a car in Alicante; it’s advisable once you’re there, and it also costs less than a taxi. However, you should only choose rental companies located inside the airport terminal.

From the house and property, you’ll have a fantastic view of the rock jutting out of the sea, the PEÑON DE IFACH—the landmark of the Costa Blanca and a popular and highly recommended destination. The terraces, surrounded by lemon trees, offer a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the cliffs, which are ideal for snorkelling. Surfing is also possible on the town’s sandy beaches, which are just a few minutes away by car. Just 200 metres from the house, you’ll find floodlit tennis courts and two restaurants. And in half an hour, you can drive to the golf course.
