Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Villa del Mar 16 impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private covered terrace on the rooftop for relaxing evenings and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, AC, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with pool, open terrace, balconies and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The property is located close to the beach. The pool is available from May to Oct. and can be heated upon request and for an extra fee. The water temperature can be 2-4 degrees Celsius higher than the exterior temperature, otherwise it remains at the night temperature. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. An electric vehicle charging station is available. An adult bike and 2 scooters, 2 children bikes/2 scooters are provided.

At just a five-minute walk from the villa, you will find a beautiful alley starting from the beach, full of restaurants serving international cuisine at quite good prices.

On the same beach, every Saturday and Sunday ( from Oct. to 15 June), you can start your day with invigorating aerobic, Zumba, or Tae Bo sessions at sunrise, free of charge, breathing in the fresh sea aerosols — and later, enjoy the vibrant energy of live Latin rhythms at Chiringuito Sunshine Beach Bar around lunchtime (all year long).

A five-minute walk in the opposite direction you will find Manolo's Mar, a perfect place to enjoy tapas, to play outdoor paddle tennis/football, to swim in the pool or watch your kids playing on the playground.
