Semi-detached house. 3 km from the centre of Montauroux, 19 km from the centre of Grasse, 34 km from the centre of Cannes, in the residential district, 2.5 km from the lake. Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) round (4 m diameter, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Cannes" 350 km, rocky beach "La Bocca Cannes" 29 km, lake Saint Cassien 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Cassien. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet, Gorges du Verdon. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (3). Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Immer zu erreichen. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Pool und die Eigentümer haben sich direkt gekümmert. Schöne ruhige Lage.

Estuvimos alojados una semana, la casa muy limpia ,bien equipada no faltaba de nada. Bien ubicada para lo que buscábamos, ver la Costa Azul. La anfitriona muy atenta.

Un havre de paix

Très bon accueil de l'hôte, La maison est propre, les différents espaces sont un plus: espace apéritif, salon de jardin, transat, et sous la terrasse petit salon, BBQ, La piscine est parfaite. La climatisation est un plus. Connexion internet et TV dans les 2 chambres et le salon. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et répond très rapidement en cas de besoin. Le lac est à proximité ainsi que la cote d'azur et l'Italie. Endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement☺️
