The beach is 15 km away and the Sibillini Mountains are about 45 minutes away. Ancona Airport can be reached in 60 minutes, and Pescara and Perugia in about 90 minutes.
We also have a regular gardener and a housekeeper who comes regularly to tidy the house and garden.

The main road is paved but the last 300m to the house is a small country road that is not really made for low-slung sports cars.
