A true home away from home. Owned and loved by our family since it was built 30 years ago. Classic Carolina Beach front condo in beautiful North Myrtle Beach. Second floor, end unit featuring 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bath, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. All new beds in 13'. Two twin beds in each bedroom. Beds can be pushed together to form a queen size. Sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps six adults. Stocked storage locker with chairs, boogie boards, etc. On site parking. Private, fenced pool, and private beach front balcony with access to beach. Bathrooms recently remodeled, new tile, and cork flooring throughout, fresh paint. New LCD TV’s in living room and master bedroom.(please disregard small tv in picture)

4 generations of Byers have been enjoying this condo since our grandparents purchased this condo over 30 years ago. Sticking your toes in the sand (whether you can walk yet or not!) is truly a family tradition.
Why they chose this property
Before the hi-rises and giant mega resorts took over the grand strand, condos like ours welcomed vacationers to a quieter beach experience. If you are looking for a more serene vacation with just as much sunshine, we are the condo for you. Mere minutes from Barefoot Landing & miles of restaurants & fun. Nothing beats a walk on the beach as the sun goes down to burn off all of those 'all you can eat' crab legs!
What makes this property unique
No lazy rivers or elevators at our condo (we're on the 2nd floor, only 3 floors total), but if privacy, and peace and quiet is what you're looking for, you've found it. A true classic Carolina Beach front feel. We're confident you'll love our home as much as we do!
