Old apartment house "Antonella & Napoletano", 4 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the centre of Umag, in the heart of the city, 20 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: WiFi. Public parking 100 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 20 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 33 km, concrete beach 20 m. Marina 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room apartment 110 m2 on 3 levels. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: living room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Bath/WC. 3nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the sea and the city. Das Ferienhaus ist nahe Zentrum was sehr positiv ist ,im Ferienhaus müsste einiges erneuert werden ,die Polster der Gartenmöbel waren sehr benutzt und fleckig ,Die Waschmaschine ist alt und nach 2 tagen war sie defekt ,Sodas wir im Nachbarhaus waschen mussten. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett ,im Grossen und ganzen war es gut .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanze ad Umago per una settimana. Diciamo che tutto sommato la casa é tutta attrezzata e nuova. L'unica pecca che c'è stata é per via dei due televisori che non parlavano in italiano e si sa che in vacanza non si guarda tanta tv ma abbiamo beccato due giorni di pioggia e dentro in casa non avevamo nemmeno la tv. Con 40giorni di anticipo di prenotazione la proprietaria poteva installare un decoder italiano. Invece ci ha detto che finora aveva avuto solo clienti tedeschi. Comunque lo consiglio. Consigli di viaggion: Situata in una zona al centro di Umago. Si é comodi ad ogni negozio, panifici, gelaterie, ristorante e anche al market (a 400m).

Unterkunft in Ordnung. Wenige bis keine Gratisparkplätze vorhanden !!!!! Parkplätze 200 –300 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ! ( zu bezahlen ) Strenge Kontrolle ! Reisetipps: Supermarkt in der Nähe !

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal...
Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wieder absolut zufrieden. Gemütlich, modern und direkt am Meer. Supernette Vermieterin die auch für eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe gesorgt hat da das parken in der Altstadt generell sehr teuer ist. Was will man mehr?
