Shop 7 km, supermarket 32 km, bus stop 7.2 km, railway station "Växjö" 35 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 180 km, sandy beach 7 km, lake Åsnen 200 m. Fishing possibilities 200 m. Please note: fishing [permit required] (extra). The owner lives on the same property.
"Skärvudde Torpet", 2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
