For shared use: property 40 ha, terraced garden with trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 130 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 23.May. - 26.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue. In the complex: reception, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 06.Apr.. 3 km long steep motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 13 km. Riding stable 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. The owner lives on the same property. The swimming pool is located in the middle of the woods above the structure, reachable by a path.

Der Ausblick ist wie versproch...

Der Ausblick ist wie versprochen grandios. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei Fragen zu möglichen Ausflügen, und einmal Tomate Mozzarella Basilikum mit frisch gepflückten Tomaten und frisch gepflücktem Basilikum und dem sehr guten Olivenöl des Vermieters gegessen zu haben ist schon was Feines. Man sollte aber die in der Beschreibung angegebene Zufahrt nicht unterschätzen, die Straße ist steil und kurvig und eng und nichts für schwache Nerven. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist unten in Castelfranco di Sopra, so dass man nicht drumherum kommt, dauernd diese Zufahrtsstraße zu benutzen. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig, aber nicht hochwertig – es gab zum Beispiel nur einen Duschvorhang, so dass das Bad nach jedem Duschen unter Wasser stand. Reisetipps: Florenz ist im Sommer sehr überfüllt und man braucht ein bis eineinhalb Stunden Fahrzeit bis zu einem Parkplatz in der Innenstadt. Wer Florenz intensiver besichtigen will, fliegt lieber dorthin und wohnt direkt vor Ort. Mir haben Siena und Lucca besonders gefallen. Auch Vinci (der Geburtsort von Leonardo) hat mir gut gefallen, mit einer auf mehrere verschiedene Gebäude verteilten Ausstellung zu seinem Lebenswerk und einer fantastischen Aussicht vom Turm des Schlosses in Vinci.
