Single-family house "Vita". In the hamlet Filipana 8 km from the centre of Marčana, 5 km from the centre of Krnica, 10 km from the centre of Vodnjan, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 1'700 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (3 x 7 m, 21 m2, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 23.Sep.) with internal staircase. Volleyball, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 20 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach "Luka Krnica" 7 km. Marina 21 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room house 98 m2. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Schönes Haus mit Abstrichen

Schönes Haus, sauber und netter Vermieter. Das Bad muss renoviert werden. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, lediglich ein vernünftiger Sonnenschirm am Pool fehlte. Großes Grundstück ohne direkt Nachbarn, toll zum Ballspielen etc...

Schönes Häuschen

Das Bungalow war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Pool super, Garten sehr gepflegt, sehr ruhige Gegend. Das einzige was uns bisschen genervt hat, der weite Weg zum Strand und zu den Geschäften aber dies stand ja in der Beschreibung. Aufjedenfall sehr empfehlenswert, der Vermieter auch sehr nett ( spricht aber nur Englisch)ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln, wir werden bestimmt die Ferienunterkunft nochmal buchen.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Macken

Pool und Grillecke super! Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig, Abflüsse stinken, lose Kabel gehen aus der Wand, Duschkopf dringend auswechseln. Senderliste für TV wäre hilfreich, genau wie Gebrauchsanweisung für Kaffee-Kapselmaschine.

Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden. Liste mit TV Sendern wäre von Vorteil. Lose Kabel ! Pool super! Liegen zu unbequem. Grillplatz super!

Le logement est spacieux et di...

Le logement est spacieux et dispose d'un grand jardin. Il manque un peu de matériel pour la cuisine. Le logement ne dispose pas de lave vaisselle comme indiqué dans l'annonce d'Interchalet. Conseils de voyage: SUPER... des plages magnifiques à proximité de la location...

Très bien

La maison est très chouette, la piscine et le jardin très agréables, la literie très bien également. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant (il nous a prêté son décodeur pour qu'on puisse regarder la finale de l'euro foot avec la France). A conseiller!
