In the hamlet Lukoni 3 km from the centre of Brtonigla, 7 km from the centre of Buje, 7 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 26 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 3.3 km, pebble beach 4 km, shingle beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km, concrete beach 4 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Heartwarming hosts & wonderful accommodation!

We, 2 couples (24-30), brother (19), mother (49) & a dog had everything we needed, plenty of space to sit inside & outside and a large, well-maintained pool. We could relax & self-serve there great. Everything was very well cleaned & hygienic. You should not be discouraged by the older furniture, the price-ratio is excellent. In addition S. and her family were just so generous. They provided us with lots of home grown goods & gifts. Lovely cities like Porec & Umag are nearby & worth a visit!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus vorgefunden welches TipTop sauber war. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und erfüllen bei Bedarf auch gerne einen Wunsch (z.Bsp. zusätzliche Handtücher). Auch das mitbringen von Hunden ist kein Problem, in der unmittelbaren Nähe sind zahlreiche Olivenbaum und Weinrebenfelder um die Gegend zu erkunden.

sehr schöne Unterkunft

sehr schönes sauberes Haus mit Pool, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan und sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Vielleicht könnte die Küche ein bisschen mehr Geschirr vertragen, aber wir sind zurecht gekommen. Das Haus liegt ziemlich ruhig, also genau das Richtige zum Entspannen.

Sauber, schön ruhig, toller Pool

Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage für Ausflüge ins Innenland sowie an die Küste. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Perfekt für unseren Hund, da der Garten eingezäunt ist und außerhalb man überall wunderschön Gassi gehen kann. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt sogar deutsches Fernsehen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Haus und super Gastgeber

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt gewesen, sowie auch das Grundstück in der Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Die Villa Lucky, liegt etwas versteckt in einen kleinen Dorf. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und das Außengelände ist Top. Dir Vermieterin ist immer bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Sehr nette Vermieter die gleich nebenan wohnen, aber total zurückhaltend sind aber sofort zur Stelle, falls man etwas braucht. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gemütliche Sitzplätze im Schatten unter dem Baum oder direkt am Pool mit genügend Liegestühlen. Nette kroatische Ferienorte gut erreichbar. Ferienhaus liegt wunderbar in einer Wein und Olivenbaumgegend.

Villa Lucky macht glücklich

Die Villa liegt ruhig gelegen. Ideal um zu entspannen. Die Vermieterin war sehr sehr nett, jederzeit ansprechbar bei Fragen, aber trotzdem kein bißchen aufdringlich! Alle waren sehr kinderlieb! Waren mit einem Baby und einem Kleinkind dort. Das einzige was wirklich schade war: der Pool war eisig. 14°C War von daher leider nicht nutzbar für unser Kleinkind! Das lag auch nicht an der Außentemperatur. Hatten die ganze Zeit über immer 26° C Ansonsten können wir die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen
