Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2.6 km, pebble beach 12 km. Marina 12 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Farm animals on the property.
4-room house 100 m2. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Heating. Deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. 1 bedroom and shower/WC is situated 6 stairs above living/dining room and kitchen.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön. Besonders bequem sind die Betten. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und immer ansprechbar wenn was sein sollte. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das kleine Badezimmer - dort staut sich die Hitze und es läuft Wasser über. Würden trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen!

Der Service vor Ort von der ersten bis letzten Minute sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. WLan war vorhanden, aber sehr schwach. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben war und auch wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Die Vermieter sprechen ein gutes Deutsch. Sind zur jeder Zeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn wir in Istrien wieder Urlaub machen würden, würde ich diese Unterkunft wählen, denn da fehlt es an nichts und von dort ist alles gut mit Auto zu erreichen.

Das Haus ist top gepflegt und absolut zu empfehlen. Ruhe und Entspannung sehr genossen. Der Pool ist ein Highligt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und um ihre Gäste bemüht. Das ganze Packet verlangt für uns nach einer Wiederholung.

Tolle Unterkunft sehr zuempfehlen! das Haus ist Top, Grundstück Top! die Vermieter sind wie oma und Opa !sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, und waren für einen immer da! besonders für Familien mit kindern! meine Kinder wären am liebsten bei l. geblieben! nächsteS jahr werden 2 Wochen gebucht! Umgebung spitze ! Reisetipps: Besonders lecker kann man im grandina essen, richtig familiär und lecker
