Superb!

A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!

Gastvrijheid zoals het hoort

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, glas wijn bij ontvangst en daarna naar ons huisje, heerlijk ruim, zitje ervoor, privacy door groen, groot zwembad en alle rust. Het huisje ligt op een berg met een prachtig uitzicht op de wijngaard en San Gimignano. Jacob nodigde ons uit voor een wijn proeverij, wist veel te vertellen over de heerlijke wijnen van de wijngaard waarvan we een paar doosjes bij vertrek hebben gekocht, Jacob zorgde voor een ongedwongen sfeer, gemakkelijk in omgang en was hulpvaardig. Kortom een aanrader.

Die Unterkunft ist „in die Jahre gekommen“;das Kanalsystem ist eine Zumutung und der Zufahrtsweg erinnert an ein Panzerübungsgelände. Reisetipps: Die Region ist mit San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena usw. sehr sehenswert.

Das Abflussproblem ist behoben. Der Schotterweg zur Anlage war durch dreiwöchigen Dauerregen aufgeweicht. Er wird nun wieder instandgesetzt.

Beautiful and remote Tuscan experience. Laura is terrific.

Laura and her team are very accommodating. Waking to see the Tuscan vineyard hillsides and the beautiful setting of Fattoria di Fugnano will live in our memories forever. Very quiet, spacious, romantic. Easy drive to San Gimignano (go there before or after the tour buses). Convenient to other Tuscan sites.

Bien situé, spacieux et agréable.

Irene est extrêmement sympathique et serviable malgré nos difficultés à parler anglais et elle le français. L'endroit est très agréable. Quelques bémols cependant : on entend trop bien les voisins, l'équipement est très sommaire (seulement 4 couverts, une seule casserole, une cafetière qu'il a fallu remplacer, pas de micro-ondes, un frigo qui ne ferme pas, ...) et si nous avons apprécié les croissants qui arrivaient le matin (quoique après notre petit déjeuner !) et les bouteilles de vin, il aurait été souhaitable de nous prévenir que tout se paye en fin de séjour.
