Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 155 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Apr. - 30.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, badminton, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, bicycles available (extra). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 6.3 km, pebble beach 18 km.
4-room house 135 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player, DVD and air conditioning. Entrance hall. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Heating, forced-air heating. Terrace roofed. Bestes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Ganz wundervolles Haus, top in Schuss gehalten vom Vermieter der mit Frau ein paar Häuser weiter wohnt. Er selbst ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit, erklärt einem auf deutsch, wenn man will, wo es was in der Gegend zu sehen und einzukaufen gibt. Das Grundstück ist ringsum eingezäunt. Unsere zwei Windhunde haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist top und die Veranda mit ihren diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten auch. Wir fanden die Außenküche super mit großem Gas Gastro Bräter und Kühlschrank.

Ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub mit zwei Hunden

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier gibt es alles was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und der Pool sehr sauber aber auch etwas zu kalt. Der Garten ist gut eingezäunt und unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt um das Haus gibt es viele schöne Gassirunden und Fahrradwege. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und sehr engagiert.

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist auch außen schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Schatten- und Sonnenplätze gab es viele. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Urlaub wie bei der Familie

Waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und wieder total zufrieden. Es wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und bei Nachfragen sehr schnell geholfen. Zum Geburtstag bekamen wir eine Torte überreicht, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Alles in allem - Urlaub wie bei der Familie!! Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern und Haustieren

Es ist genau wie beschrieben wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Wenn man ankommt wartet D. schon. Zeigt alles. Alles ist Blitzsauber. Wer die Ruhe liebt der ist hier genau richtig. Ganz besonderes Lob geht bei uns an den Vermieter und seine Frau. Er ist immer für dich da, hilft und macht alles für dich. und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Wir waren als Familie mit 10 jähr. 20 jährigen Kindern , Oma und Hund. Alle hat es gefallen. Wir sagen Danke und kommen bestimmt wieder

Es war für uns eine wunderschöne Zeit, das Haus hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht...,die Hausbesitzer waren super gastfreundlich,wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!Sehr zu empfehlen, wer Ruhe und Entspannung braucht, selbst längere Fahrten zum Strand und in die nähere Umgebung waren für uns kein Problem.

Wir haben im Sommer zwei traumhaft schöne Wochen in diesem ganz besonderen Haus verbringen dürfen. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Selbst in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der nebenan wohnenden Vermieter, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen und den ein oder anderen Tip für uns hatten ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die gemeinsamen Abende haben wir mehr als genossen.
