Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Schwendau Hotel Neuwirt" 550 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Mountain railway, ski school 500 m, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hintertuxer Gletscher 20 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Skiurlaub mit 8 Personen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Sehr negativ war, dass während unserer Abwesenheit mehrfach unangekündigt die Wohnung betreten wurde, was wir als starken Eingriff in unsere Privatsphäre empfanden. Die anschließende Kommunikation war enttäuschend, zudem wurde die Kurtaxe kommentarlos von der Kaution einbehalten.

Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und die Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad gefallen haben. Wir bedauern jedoch, dass Sie einige Punkte als störend empfunden haben. Der Besitzer hat die Unterkunft einmal betreten, um aufgrund des starken Schneefalls die Heizung zu überprüfen, und sich dafür direkt bei Ihnen entschuldigt. Die Verrechnung der Kurtaxe über die Kaution war im Voraus kommuniziert und entspricht den örtlichen Vorgaben. Wir werden künftig darauf achten, dies noch transparenter zu gestalten. Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihr Feedback mit uns teilen.

Topaccomodatie op prima plek.

Het is een prachtig huis. Op loopafstand van de piste dus ideaal. De inrichting is niet modern maar alles is supernetjes en schoon! De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en aardig. Ik kan dit huis echt iedereen aanraden.

Sehr nette Vermieter😻, alles sauber, schöne Zimmer

Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle unten in der größeren Küche Platz zum frühstücken und Abendessen. Man ist schnell zu Fuß bei der Hohrbergbahn. Wir hatten unsere Ski unten im Depot. Die Lage war sehr gut.

Super Unterkunft

Für uns als Gruppe mit 12 Personen eine optimale Unterkunft, da 6 Doppelzimmer und zwei Küchen ausreichend Platzbieten. Zudem Laufnähe zum Lift so dass jeder unabhängig seine Skizeit einplanen kann. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles lief problemlos ab.

Poplatky navíc

Celkově jsme byli spokojeni se stavem objektu, s čistotou i vybavením kuchyňských prostor. Věci, které nás překvapily: domácí vybírá poplatek za povlečení s tím, že běžně povlečení neposkytuje. Sušáky na boty v lyžárně byly povětšinou vypnuté a bez znalosti němčiny nemáte šanci vyřešit ani klíč od lyžárny.

Very nice chalet near the mayrhofen gondola

We were a group of 14 people, the chalet had everything we needed. Its proximity to the gondola was the best thing about it. It was warm and comfortable. The only downside is that the owner does not speak other languages than german.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gut

Beleuchtung in den einzelnen Zimmern (außer der Küche) zu schlecht. Bei Dunkelheit war das Lesen an den Tischen nicht möglich. Ausstattung der Küche nicht vollständig. Licht über der Spüle funktionierte nicht.
