Private: terraced garden, 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. 1.3 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Massa" 9 km, sandy beach "Cinquale" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Forte dei Marmi 11 km, Viareggio 24 km, Lucca 48 km, Carrara Fantiscritti (cave di marmo) 19 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 59 km.
