Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, badminton, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km.
3-room house 90 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Tolles, sauberes Haus in super Lage

Igor, der Vermieter, ist wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist super sauber und in einem top Zustand. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass es so abgelegen ist und dennoch nicht weit weg von allem wichtigen, wie Strand, Mall und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Perfekt für Paare/kleine Familie

Wir waren Mitte Juni 2023 im Haus Paula und der Aufenthalt war wirklich perfekt: Grundstück für den Hund perfekt eingezäunt, nur an einer Seite Nachbarn (also super ruhig), Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe. Nicht zu bemängeln!

leider lief die Dusche nicht gut ab,es befanden sich auch keine Duschhandtücher im Bad, ein Sonnenschirm war defekt-wurde nicht ersetzt,zu warm im Schlafzimmer-kaputte Fliegengitter,als störend empfanden wir den morgentlichen Baulärm, sehr gut war der elektrische Wasserspender, der Pool ein Traum, das Klima fantastisch

sehr freundliche Hauseigentümer, sehr sauberes Haus und gepflegtes Grundstück, sehr schöner Pool, man ist schnell in Pula und auf de Schnellstraße und kann daher auch andere Orte erreichen, unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht besonders einladend, haben uns wohl gefühlt

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Wir hatten als Familie 2 Erwachsene 1 Teenager und 1 Hund einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr ruhige Lage und mit dem Auto ist man gleich in Pula (Shopping, Abendessen Spaziergang am Hafen und Altstadt) oder in Medulin ( Strand , Hafen..) Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt somit konnte der Hund den Garten auch in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren beim Check in da und kamen 1 x unter der Woche zum Pool reinigen. Das haben wir gar nicht mitbekommen, da wir da beim Abendessen in der Stadt waren. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!!!

Super Haus waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Dobermännern da haben uns alles wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren auch super nett. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Das Haus hat uns mehr als nur ...

Das Haus hat uns mehr als nur überzeugt. Es war vollkommen ausreichend für 4 erwachsene Personen. Das Gelände war anders als erwartet komplett eingezäunt, was gerade für Familien mit Hunden sehr angenehm ist. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei die sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hundefreundlich und standen sofort mit Rat und Tat bereit wenn es ein Problem gab. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Die Region um Pula ist einfach traumhaft schön. Die Hafenstädte wie Pula Medulin und Rovinj sind sehr Touristenfreundlich empfehlenswert und vorallem das Naturschutzgebiet und Halbinsel Rt Kamenjak ist sehr schön.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für uns war das Beste das Pool; sehr sauber und erfrischend. Als Ausgangspunkt lag das Haus genial. Zum einen sehr ruhig und zum anderen war man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten in Pula oder bei vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Pula selbst ist ein nettes Städtchen. Genial ist der Markt mit frischem Gemüse, Obst, Fleisch– und Fischhalle.
